After receiving a Master of Science in Physics, I saw myself getting married and settling down to manage my family. Maintaining my attention on my growing children was something that I loved to do, but sadly, this did not favour my career growth. Spending so many years without employment led me to a complete lack of experience.
However, Infiniti Creation was an ideal office environment, truly permitting me to kick start my career. Infiniti Creation—primarily an IT service company—does a great job contributing to small and medium sized businesses. The company was established in the year 2001. Its main goal is to improve web-based marketing for client companies by using modern communication and application technologies. This helps improve the business performance of the companies consulting Infiniti Creations.
A relative of mine informed me about vacancies in this company. Since I preferred a ‘work-from-home’ job, this seemed tailor-made for me. After I mailed in my credentials and attended a series of tests and Skype interviews, I was assigned a role in testing. A training period was provided for me, during which I was requested to watch educational videos on testing. This useful training period is mandatory for new employees. They monitored my performance and provided me the opportunities that I required in order to proceed down the right path. Within six months, I have become well-versed in test designing.
In addition to the basic training period, employees who wish to take up additional courses and training in order to better cater to the requirements of their post are thoroughly encouraged. In my case, I am receiving training in the area of business analysis.
Many attractive awards are regularly distributed in order to boost the confidence of the employees. The award-winner is publicly praised on the company’s portal. In just six months, I was awarded the ‘Star of the Week’ title for my work in test designing. This genuinely elevated my self-assurance and determination. I felt celebrated.
To unwind after the grind, the entire Infiniti Creation team is warmly invited to participate in fun activities and games. This, too, bears its rewards. Get-togethers are also conducted so that the companionship between the employees grows beyond the online office environment.
As an employee at Infiniti Creation, I’m able to adopt flexible timings that work for me. This helps avoid the guilt of paying irregular attention to either my career or my family. The virtual nature of the organization also prevents the hassles of commuting to the workplace.
Home was my comfort zone, but I was able to come out of that and work with my fellow colleagues. Despite the differences in ideas that may arise between us, I understand that it is all a part of teamwork. Work has helped me learn how to manage time efficiently. Moreover, I have recognized my own talents, and I’m able to support my family financially as well. I’ve realized the fire within myself and I could not be happier.
